About Zoey

Look at this adorable lady! Zoey is a Labrador Retriever mix who is between 2-4 years old and weighs 50-60 pounds. She came to us from the city shelter after she had been rescued from a home with too many dogs. At that time, she'd had a litter of puppies. Her puppies are all grown and have homes of their own. Zoey is learning how to be independent. She is looking for a quiet home where she can figure things out at her own pace. When Zoey first meets new people she wants to go slow but is a love bug once she is comfortable. Zoey enjoys snuggling, going on walks, prancing around the yard and playing with other dogs.
