About Forrest

This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $175 if picked up in TN, $225 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Sometimes you can't see the Forrest for the trees, but our Forrest sure prefers the couch! Check out Forrest, a 5 year old, 40 pound Boxer mix who cannot wait to be in the arms of his forever family. Forrest adores to play with toys, and his favorite is a good old tennis ball! He tells us to make sure you have a good stock of them however, cause he likes to chase em' and also loves to chew em'. His foster mom tells us that Forrest is just a big ole goofball. He tells her he wants a dog bed of his very own in his forever home, and learns fast so he will try hard not to have an potty accidents. Forrest doesn't bark a lot but he likes to talk to you when you start up a chat. He absolutely loves his people and wants to be around them as much as possible. Forrest is crate trained and doing well with housetraining. He loves other dogs and enjoys the company of people. Despite an unknown hard past to brought him to us nearly hairless, emaciated, a tail that needed to be amputated and with broken teeth, Forrest persisted with his pleasant and engaging personality!
