About Gazelle

Please meet Gazelle, or 'Gizzy' as her foster mom calls her. This 1 year old Chihuahua ended up at a local shelter due to owner neglect (no other details were given). Gazelle is adjusting well in her foster home and learning to trust. She still has some fears, but her foster mom says she is adjusting well. She is progressing on her housebreaking skills and is now going outside more than she uses the puppy pads. Gazelle gets along with other dogs. She has not been tested with cats. Due to her small size (7 pounds), she would be best suited to a home without small children, but should do fine with older children. Gazelle likes going for walks and loves getting a bath. She has a good appetite and really enjoys eating. In fact, she loves popcorn! At night she will sleep in a crate, but prefers to snuggle up close to her foster parents. Gazelle is heartworm negative and microchipped. This little girl has her bags packed and is ready for the furever family that will give her the attention and love she deserves.
