No one knows how he got behind the fence. Multiple people made sure he was getting food and water. They posted him on NextDoor for help. One of our board members got involved and before we could do anything, the Fort Worth Animal Shelter got behind the fence and took possession of him. At this point, CLASP tagged him for rescue.
