About Daisy in San Antonio

Daisy is a very sweet and affectionate dog who has been abused so she is a little skittish - but oh, so willing to please! Daisy is about 3 years old and is vaccinated and spayed. Her weight is 30 pounds. She is a light heart worm positive and will be fine with a monthly heartgard. She gets along with other dogs and cats. She wants to play and has lots of energy. She walks very well on a leash and usually comes when she is called. I keep some hard bones around for her since she likes to chew and we're working together to eliminate her happy/excited urination. She is very smart so I expect to get that worked out pretty quickly. She is used to sleeping nearby on the floor in our bedroom and has integrated quite well with our dogs. We already have three large dogs and although I would love to keep her we are unable to do so. In the right home she will make a joyful addition with her sunny disposition and sweet loyalty, but she must be treated with kindness and patience since she bears traits that someone was not too kind to her in the past. For the family or person who can invest a little patience and attention there will be ample rewards from this sweet girl! Pretty Daisy needs to be in a home with no kids or kids over 12, and have a securely fenced yard. A home check and good vet reference are mandatory.
