CHESTER - A4066589 My name is CHESTER. I am a neutered male, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 8 years old. I have been at the shelter since Mar 18, 2018. Highlights: Superstar leash walker who doesn't react to other dogs walking by. Knows 'sit' I've been out to playgroups with other dogs; while I can coexist with calm dogs and tolerate polite interactions, I spend most of my time in my own yard, where I'm relaxed and non-reactive to my four-legged neighbors. I enjoy people and petting. I'm a bit timid, and fast sudden movements can make me flinchy. Type of home I'm looking for: I'd prefer a calm home with older (12+) or no kids.
