URGENT! Wanda needs an adopter or foster so his life will be spared. She is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Wanda is an adorable playful sweet girl. She is on the smaller side, maybe around 35 pounds. She is easy to leash, loves running around the shelter yard fetching a ball, and a good back scratch.
