About Little Lucille

Lab mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Once upon a time there was a little lab mix girl that ended up in a small town high kill shelter in Tennessee. A couple that was older came to look and they adopted her and took her home. Not too many months later the husband died and Lucille was brought to a vet with another puppy and told to put her to sleep'|kill her in fact because the woman did not want the dogs now that her husband was gone. The vet asked her to relinquish them to their vet business and they called Critter Cavalry Rescue to help out. Poor Little Lucille is just only 8 months old and 36 pounds. She will probably will be 40-42 pounds Lab mix girl when she is fully grown. She is housebroken, sweet and calm and has great house manners. She is crate trained and loves other dogs and even cats are fine. This girl is looking for a new family to call her own or even a single person who wants to be the center of her world and who want her complete package of love and dog devotion. She would be fine in an apartment setting. She does need a good long walk every day and some running time at a fenced dog park if you don't have the backyard to offer her with a fence. She is a treasure and will be a nice small medium dog that would love to travel and go for fun adventures if you want a PAL!
