About Stanley

This is Stanley. He's estimated to be 6-7 years old. Most of his history is unknown as we adopted him from a shelter about a year ago and he had been a stray before that. There is little bad to say about Stanley. We raise chickens and he has killed many. We've tried to work around it because he is such a good dog, but he would be happier in a home without chickens. When he's inside he stares outside at them, when he's outside he paces the fence watching them and has to be pulled back inside. He's also a chewed. We buy him lots of chew toys so it's not a problem, but he needs lots of chew things to keep him busy. Stanley is 100% house trained. He's incredibly loyal and calm. He rarely barks. He's great with cats. He loves walks and laying around with his humans. He follows me around the house just to be near me. He'd be happiest in a calm home with no other dogs and lots of adult attention. We are posting Stanley to see if we can find him a home best suited for him. If we cannot, he will stay here with us. He is certainly not a dog we want to get rid of- we just want what is best for him. It's best to email me.
