These poor dogs were part of an animal neglect seizure and have been living in deplorable conditions, on chains and in wooden boxes with little ventilation. Time is short to find placement for them. Yolanda is about 1 year old and super adorable. She is very playful and desperately deserves a chance to experience love for the first time. She can be euthanized any day!
