These poor dogs were part of an animal neglect seizure and have been living in deplorable conditions, on chains and in wooden boxes with little ventilation. Time is short to find placement for them. William is about 1-2 years old and absolutely gorgeous! He is very sweet and loves everybody he meets. Please help him!!
