About Misty Margaret

Adoption Fee: $60
Domestic Cat
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Misty Margaret is a beautiful calico short hair female approx. 7yr. Her adoption fee is $60. She has been vet checked and spayed. She is good with nice cats, calm dogs, older kids. Mom went into the hospital for surgery and sadly she wont be coming home. Her beloved kitties have been living alone in the house with a caretaker for a year. They are very social, needy and lonely. Her sister has been keeping an eye on them and is determined to get these babies a safe new home. PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! The life she had with her mom was the only one she has known as she was adopted as a little kitten. She is a little more cautious at first, may need more time to adjust, but since she has not had the long term company of people she has gotten needier and less shy. She is the queen of the house, keeping an eye on everyone. She will be a kitty that is out with her people walking around for quick pats, meowing quietly here and there and lounging on a cat tree by the window. She isn't a lap cat but will near her people. She loves her cat treats and will probably expect to share your bed. Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. A quality hard food along with a can of food a day is a must for cats to help manage their fluids. Dry foods that help maintain UTI health are Hills, Royal Canine and Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract Health. Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, laser lite, inside home ADOPT Misty Margaret FOR LIFE!
