About 'Lil Dude

Meet 'Lil Dude. This friendly fella is pretty much the cat's meow. He does well with other dogs & children. Dude was used for the 1st 6 years of his life as a breeder dog. He came to our care nearly 4 years ago in terrible condition. He was kept in a cage when he was used & from that, has a tad bit of arthritis. He was adopted to a wonderful family nearly 4 years ago. A family member is in need of a transplant & transplant patients are not allowed to have pets in their homes. It is with a very heavy heart they are needing to rehome him. The up side is that he has been very well cared for, including annual dentals, heartwoms tests, etc. He is potty pad trained but will also go out doors. Currently, we are seeking a home with a calmer environment as this is what he is accustomed to. Because of Dude's early life, he can get a little anxious with new things. He isn't much in to toys but he does like a good chew bone. No young children due to his arthritis but respectful children will be considered. He is believed to be a Maltese, possibly Bichon mix, small in size & will need grooming. Interested?
