About Bella

Bellisima Bella is ready for her closeup! This 4 year old Lab mix is pretty and petite as a picture - at 55 pounds, she's a great small lab size, perfect for all kinds of adventures! Bella was surrendered to ACL by her lifelong owner after they lost their housing. She was understandably pretty shellshocked to be at a shelter for the first time in her life, but Bella is nothing if not resilient! This lady bounced back with the help of a loving foster home, where she has been a model houseguest. Bella is gentle and friendly with her 5 year old human foster sibling, she's housebroken and well-behaved in the home, and she loves loves loves TOYS! Bella is full of energy, and she loves to be glued to her people. She's an emotional, loving dog who wants to bond deeply with her forever family. Bella is good with some dogs after an appropriate intro, but she'd be happy to be your special princess, too! We don't know if Bella has had any previous experience with cats.
