I am about nine or ten years old, an ultra-cool solid black dude, but I sure don't act or feel like my age! I like to talk to you sometimes, but in my own language of cat! I'm always interested in what you are doing, but prefer to sit patiently next to you and watch instead of trying to help, because I want to be a true companion to a very special person! I will learn to get along with other cats no problem, but you have to patient with me while I adjust to my new feline friend, and I don't mind dogs so much. I even used to have a great big dog for a friend because overall, I'm really a pretty mellow, easy going guy who loves to be petted and keep you company! My foster mom rescued me from a place called a shelter that was about to kill me! I still don't know what I did to deserve THAT (nothing, says my foster mom), or how I even ended up on the street! I was somebody's pet once, but somehow that ended and I was left abandoned, alone and about to die. Thanks to some people working together to save me, now here I am, looking for my new, REAL FOREVER home where I will be a truly loved part of your family, your best friend and kept safely indoors at all times, like my foster mom says I should be! I am neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and have something called a microchip to always help me find my way home if anything happens. Could that home be yours?
