About Lina

Lina is a 1.5 - 2 year old, 8lb, Dachshund mix. We are pretty sure she is Chiweenie but are not 100% sure. Lina was dumped at a shelter in TX about a month ago. The shelter she was at has almost no foot traffic, so she just sat in the shelter for weeks. We knew that little Lina deserved to find her forever home and not sit there forever, so we found her a ride to CO, where she was greeted by her wonderful foster family. She has now been in CO for two weeks, in her foster home, and is ready to find her true forever home. Here is what Lina's foster Momma has to say about her: 'She is soooooo super cuddly. I think she would do best in a home with adults as children seem to spook her a little. She gets along well with dogs, but is much more people oriented than dog oriented. She is just a wonderful dog. If you don't like kisses or snuggles she is not the dog for you. She really just wants to be loved and held. We have her pottying down and she seems to be a really quick learner in general.
