About Dexter

Dexter is a sweet husky puppy who is 8 months old. He is a super sweet, gentle, silly boy. He is very shy at first and it takes time for him to warm up, but once he does, he is the biggest cuddle bug. He is very laid back and gentle. He isn't very sure of small children, so would do best in a home with older kids. He is potty trained and crate trained. His smile says it all, he can't wait to find a family with other dogs to call his pack. Microchipped, neutered and up to date on vaccines. Adoption fee is $350 !!!!PLEASE READ!!! Please understand we are a volunteered basis organization so we can't set a timeline, however, we work hard to process as fast as we can. It's very important that you fill it out the application completely. Missing information will delay the process, specially vet phone numbers, references, and info on pets. All the questions regarding the available pets and their personalities can be found at www.huskyhavenfl.org Many times we get asked for additional photos. We DO NOT have any additional photos other than the ones posted on our website and we try to be as honest as we can in each pet's bio. Please read carefully each bio, all information that we know is in there. If it's not there we do not know. Additionally, all of our dogs are in foster homes. We DO NOT have a shelter or location. They are in private homes with families. Therefore, you must have an approved application prior to setting up a meet and greet. Finally, thank you for your interest in adoption. Your application is key. Many times, we find you apply for one dog but that one might not be the best fit for your family. We will suggest if another one that is available will be better suited.
