About Crystal

Crystal is a beautiful 6 year old Pomeranian who weighs about 11 pounds. She came from a hoarding situation and has never been a family dog. Crystal was recently adopted, but did not like the family's cat so they had to return her. She has come a long way since she has been with us, but still has some work to do with housebreaking. Crystal sometimes gets nervous and prances around like she is still in a kennel. She is a little highly strung but when you hold her she melts into you. Sadly, Crystal has lived her entire life in a kennel so we do not want her in a home that would put her in a crate or kennel with a closed door. She's had enough of that to last a lifetime. She loves to cuddle but will sleep in her dog bed if you want her to. She does good with kids but tends to be nervous around men. Crystal does fine with other dogs but is not good with cats. She is heartworm negative and microchipped. When she came to us she had been shaved, but her coat is starting to grow back in nicely. She's beautiful now but once she gets that gorgeous Pomeranian coat she'll be even more stunning. Crystal is looking for a family that will be patient and loving and help her learn how to be a beloved family member. The rest of her life will be the best of her life.
