URGENT! Balboa needs a foster or adopter so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Balboa came to the shelter about a week ago - on June 6, 2018. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
