About Lazarus

Hi, I'm Laz and I can confidently say I'm the most precious little baby in the world! Even though vet says I'm around 10, I'll surprise you with how active and playful I can be. But my most favorite thing in the world is cuddling with my humans. And I mean really cuddling because if I'm not sitting in your lap with both your hands on me I will be sure to place your hands on me and nuzzle up as close as I can. Everyone who meets me falls madly in love, I am so spunky, loving and adorable you won't be able to get enough of me. I was found lost in the woods no one knows for how long but I was loved and trained at some point in my life because I am very obedient and I will never poop in the house although I may mark if you have another dog that's marked before in the home. I get along great with other dogs but puppies can sometimes annoy me- right now my best friend is a senior male Pomeranian who normally hates other dogs but he loves me :) I get along great with cats but I would be best with cats who really like dogs because I sometimes want to chase them. I do not get along with bunnies because they look very tasty to me and I'm pretty sure I'm a lion stuck in a little dogs body. I actually don't have any teeth but I eat a special kind of dry small kibble dog food and do just fine (you wouldn't even know I didn't have teeth if my tongue didn't sometime hang out like a little cigar). When I was found my fur was matted so they shaved me but it's growing back and should have a beautiful coat soon enough- right now I like to wear doggy clothes. Otherwise I'm very healthy! I would be best with someone who is home all day to give me the attention and all the lovins I deserve so if you work a lot or travel a lot or aren't home often I'm not the little guy for you.
