About Yellow Nape Amazon

I have a 36 years old Male Yellow Nape Amazon who when I got him had been cage bound for for most of his life. I have been able to get him out of his cage off and on but he is still very cage aggressive. He does talk but so far has only said Ya, and Hello. He has calmed down very little in the year that I have had him. I had to move into my brothers home to care for him and do not have the time I would need to really help this beautiful boy. He needs a gentle person with big bird experience. Lots of patients. You must not live in a place where noise is a factor. He can get very loud.
