Fern is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. She was saved from a horrendous puppy mill. She is learning how to be a dog, thanks to her amazing foster home. Fern is such a sweet girl and would love someone to cuddle up on and hang out with all day. She does have a lot of spunk once she gets used to her surroundings. Needs a slower paced lifestyle.
