Teddy is a sweet loving dog and was dropped off st my home by an unknown individual. Teddy has degenerative myelopathy. I do not have facility where he will be safe such as a fenced in area. With this disease he can sometimes be out of control and I'm afraid he will get hit by a vehicle if he gets into the road.
