My foster mom sat me and my brother Raisin down and had a talk with us. I'm a little scared now because she told us that sometimes black kittens are the last to be chosen as someone's special kitty, and she told us not to be disappointed if we had to wait to find a home. But I don't understand! Me and Raisin try to do everything right - we purr, we cuddle, we come when we are called, we give face rubs and head butts, and we are never, ever mean or grumpy. What else can we do? I've never met a cat, kitten or person I didn't like, but I just love to be held and snuggled. Foster mom says it's our fur color - that people choose other kittens first, and we might have some trouble getting 'dopted, but I don't believe her! She's just foolin' us 'cause she loves us so much and doesn't want us to leave! But, but, but... what if it's true? Nope, I'm not gonna believe it. I just know my extra special person is looking just for me... and maybe another kitty as a super duper playmate!
