About Steel18

Steel is both affectionate and shy. He has had a few rough times in his life. He got injured when he was outside and dragged himself thru the snow back home but by the time he got there they couldn't save his leg, so he is now a tripod missing his front left leg. He has been a tripod for a while now and gets along really well. His owner recently moved and couldn't take him along. In new situations, he's sensitive to not having the other leg and thus it will take time to gain his trust. Once you do, you will find he is a big cuddler, wanting to snuggle up close especially as he sleeps, potentially even a lap cat and wanting lots of affection with a loud purr motor. He is good with other cats and was raised with kids. He's a tough boy with a heart of gold.
