About Mickey

We are looking for a family home with a fenced yard for Mickey. Read further for more details. Meet Mickey. This 7 month old, Jack Russell Terrier mix is looking for a new home after his owner suffered from a stroke and can no longer care for him. Mickey was very loved but needs to work on learning all the puppy basics like manners and some basic commands. He is happy and energetic. He loves everyone he meets. Mickey is crate trained and house trained on a schedule. He has not spent any time with other dogs, but we suspect he would love a playmate to run with in a fenced yard. Mickey is fairly quiet and not exceptionally barky. He does like some action but is content to settle down and cuddle as well. Mickey would be good with children who can handle his jumpy excitement. We are unsure how he would do with cats. Mickey is used to sleeping on a doggy bed at night, but would prefer to be on the couch or bed with his people. Mickey is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped.
