Misty, despite being such a beauty, was dumped by her owner because they were moving and didn't want to take her along. She sat in high-kill Riverside shelter in SoCal for over a month waiting for them to return and they never did, and she was passed over because she was so mellow-she just sat in her cage and waited patiently.
