URGENT! Sparky needs a foster or adopter so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Sparky was surrendered by his owners, the only family he ever knew, with a small dog. He was confused by being left at the shelter. He enjoys being out in the sun and being pet. He takes treats gently, though is not that interested in them. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
