About Oreo

Oreo came to Critter Cavalry Rescue from a small own shelter in Tennessee. When you meet this 5 month old, 28 pound boy you immediately wonder�'�|.why isn't he jumping around like a busy puppy? You wait and you wait and then you realize that this handsome boy is just an old soul in a very young Lab mix body. He is quietly happy and ready to make new friends and acquaintances every moment of the day. He is an observer as he sits and watches all the activities swirling around him during busy moments in rescue. He is living with a very dedicated foster mom who has an apartment which suites Him just fine. He is not one that needs the vast containment of a fenced yard but just the time and attention of a few leash walks daily seems to help him get his puppy exercise. He would love a yard and children or another dog in his life. Heck probably a cat too if that was part of the package in an adoptive family's profile. This boy is the all -round best puppy ever. Oreo is just about housebroken completely after just a week with us. He is ready to go on 6/22 to a new and forever place in his life. We projecting a 55-60- pound size for Oreo when fully grown. If you are looking for a remarkable puppy to adopt then Oreo will be top of the class for someone.
