Hi Everybody! I would love to tell you a little about me because I'm hoping to find my perfect forever home. I'm currently in the Friendswood area but am available to go to an approved adopter throughout TX or where transport is available! I'm 8 years young and 27 lbs. I've been spayed, have all of my shots, microchip and have been on heart worm prevention. I am curious about cats but will chase them if they run. I only know about outside cats though. I have lived with Guinea pigs and I do very well with them. I've been through professional training and I've finally convinced the humom that I need to be in a home where I can be the #1 and ONLY furkid. I LOVE children (10 and up) and all humans! I give fabulous hugs and will cuddle and give kisses. I'm good on leash most of the time. I have plenty of energy for an active family but I'm always up for a nap and snuggle. I'm house and crate trained. I'm not a fan of water but I'm good when it's bath time. I don't like my nails trimmed so I usually have the doggy place do that. The good thing is my nails grow really slow and I also have shorter fur so I don't shed quite as much as a purebred Corgi. I really don't like thunder and fireworks but I just find a safe place to hide until it's over. My favorite part of the day is when I get to go outside and run around in my backyard. My forever home should have a well fenced yard so I can continue to have my exercise time. I also have a bad habit of darting out the door and will go after a dog if I see one nearby so a place in the country would be awesome! I will go to my new family with my crate, food, collar/harness and leash, heart worm prevention and records.
