About Kristy

I live in NC and I have 2 dogs but one is young and easily adaptable but I am concerned about my 12 yr old poodle mix. I have been unemployed for a while now because of breast cancer and due to financial issues, I have no choice but to move into income based/ government housing and they won't allow any pets at all. I have searched for someone to adopt my old dog but no one wants to get involved with her because of her age. She is healthy and I absolutely adore her and I am so afraid she will die of sadness if i don't find a good place to care for her. I am asking if you can take her in or if you can refer me a place here in NC that is a refuge for older dogs. Please help me.
