Glenda is fostered in Christmas, FL (Orange County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Glenda was rescued after tornadoes swept through Alabama in March. She is approximately 4-5 months old and should be a medium-sized adult. Glenda is a typical happy pup who enjoys romping around with doggie friends, getting attention from her humans and playing in the yard (but not too rough!). She loves water in the kiddie pool and hose and has potential for water activities. She is working on her manners, leash walking and basic commands. She is a bit timid around new people at first but warms up quickly. She gets along great with other dogs and will share her toys and humans with them. If homed with another dog, she needs to be fed in a crate to manage some food guarding she exhibits against other dogs only (something we recommend for all dogs). Glenda is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives, and microchipped. She will go home with a spay contract - she will need to be spayed at 6 months of age, after which when proof is submitted to rescue, $50 of her adoption donation can be refunded.
