Benji was an owner surrender to the shelter. He is a 2 year old Border Collie mix, weighs approximately 35 lbs., is good with other dogs, but he is terribly shy. He is unsure of new people and it takes him a while to warm up. shelter staff work with him daily to help him adjust to new people and he is making tremendous progress. He will probably do best in a home that is calm.
