About Adora

Adora is a beautiful 8 year old Yorkie who weighs 8 pounds. This sweet little girl will melt your heart. Adora loves to be picked up and loved on. She enjoys belly rubs and hanging out with her person. Adora is a very mild mannered and is easy going. She gets along with dogs and people; although she would be better with older children. We are not sure about cats but with her wonderful disposition we can't imagine they would be an issue. Adora comes from a hoarder situation and lived her life in a crate so we would not want her to go to a home that would crate her with a closed door. Due to her previous environment she never learned about housebreaking so we are still working with her. She will need a family that will continue training her and providing consistency to help her learn. Adora sure does love going outside. She is heartworm negative and also microchipped. Adora is still learning how to be a family dog so she has not quite captured the idea of toys. Upon entering foster care, it was discovered that Adora had a mammary tumor for which she has had surgery and has recovered Watching her blossom will bring such enjoyment to her new family.
