About Buster

Buster is a super sweet 3/4 Dachshund 1/4 Pomeranian Mix. He's about 3 years old and UTD on shots. He wants to sit in your lap all day long and get love. He is crate trained and knows 'sit' 'wait' 'down' and 'come'. He spent the first two years of his life living mostly outside and so isn't great with strangers, but as long they they go slow he warms up quickly. When his previous owner got pregnant, he became more protective of her, which is ultimately why she had to rehome him. I quickly stepped in and took him so he wouldn't spend time at a scary shelter. He is very submissive and does great with other small dogs but is uncomfortable around larger dogs. He should be in a home without cats or small children. Older childern are great! Buster just wants to find his person. Someone retired or that works from home would be ideal as he doesn't like to be alone. Small rehoming fee - Just looking to find him a forever home!
