Lacy is a purebred female beagle. She is not up to date on her vaccinations. Every month when she goes into heat, she ends up sick. Her vet says that she gets uterine infections and needs a hysterectomy. I cannot afford to get her the help she needs. I am a disabled individual, and i will be moving and cannot take Lacy with me.
