Adoption Donation: $250 I love people! Lizzy & I are very attached to each other and need to be adopted together. We walk perfectly on a leash together, housebroken and love sleeping in bed with our foster mom's daughter. We are extremely gentle with kids, great on car rides, quiet & well behaved! I am good with cats too! Notes from Oreo's foster mom: 'Lizzie and Oreo are completely house trained and look forward to their treat when they come back inside. They love going on walks, and are great on the leash, they don't pull or chase after anything. Lizzie and Oreo are becoming individuals and 'venture' on their own, but they both still cuddle up at night to sleep together. It's great to see them with their tails wagging as they greet us when we get home. Lizzie is an absolute love with the sweetest face and is enjoying chewing on her toys. Oreo is the first one in the kitchen when we cook, waiting for one of us to slip her a snack. Lizzie and Oreo are quiet, they don't bark and they LOVE our dog. The girls only chew their toys, never our belongings. I know the family that adopts them will love them as much as we do. All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested and started on Tri Heart Plus; Vectra 3D. All new animals (40/week) are added to the site 2 weeks before their availability date to give you time to fill out your adoption application and get the family ready to come out to the shelter that day. As soon as animals are adopted, they are moved to the Adopted Pets page so if they are still listed on the Adoptable Dogs or Cats page, they are still available. So keep any eye on the site for any animals being added as available for adoption as new animals are added everyday! We would recommend if you haven't done so already that you submit a general online adoption application with us so it is on file for when you are ready to come out and adopt. The adoption counselors will be able to show you many that would be a good fit for your family. We do go in order of when you submitted your application with us. So it is always best that you get your general application for any animal in with us as soon as possible.
