About Gus

I'm Gus and I'm located in Edgewater, FL. I am available for adoption in FL only. I was born one chilly morning on Dec 7, 2016. I grew up on lots of property with a big lake. So, as you can guess I love to run and swim! I keep hearing people say I'm an 'athletic' dog. All in all I have pretty great manners. I walk wonderfully on the leash. Every once in a while I get overly excited and I do still want to jump on you but most of the time I can contain my desire to want to be in your arms. I LOVE all people. The little humans are so much fun and I'm always gentle with them. My love for humans does tend to be hard to control. I have a lot of anxiety if I can't be with someone. But really I just want to sleep on my bed in the same room with you. Eating really isn't my favorite thing but I do love bananas. I think maybe I don't care to eat because my tummy always bothers me. I had a cherry eye but the last home I was at had that fixed for me. They also had me neutered. I'm all up-to-date on my shots. Although cats are cool with me I really can't spend time with other dogs. So I need a family where I can be the only dog. (It's my only real downfall.) Oh I almost forgot! I like to give 'nuckles'. Sometimes people say give me a paw. And I'm all like a paw? Aren't I a human like you? I will make someone the best dog they've ever own if someone can just open their home and heart to me.
