About Marie

I was lucky to find Marie as a rescue more than a year ago. She arrived in very poor shape, but as you can see, she is healthy and gorgeous now. My other Himalayan is very dominant, and it wasn't long before she let Marie know who the queen of the house was. I knew my Emily would do that, but I was hopeful that in time they would be good for each other. Sorry to say, but that just did not happen. Marie mostly just stays to herself and sleeps, and Emily stays by me like always. I know Marie wants to be by my side, because she tries. But, Emily always seems to show up and Marie leaves. Parting with Marie is a very difficult thing for me to do. But, I have rescued many animals over the years and I know that each of them deserve ALL the loving attention they need and want. My beautiful Marie is not getting that...and I want that for her. I will ONLY adopt Marie to Himalayan experienced owners who can afford to pay for the special grooming they require monthly, as well as any other care she might need in the future. I also want her to be the only cat in the family. I want her to be the queen. Marie is an exceptional girl and sweet in every way. I know the right family is out there for her, and I will be patiently waiting to talk with you.
