About TONY

SAY HELLO TO TONY! Tony is a an adorable 3 month old Chihua puppy boy. Tony is a comical little Chihuahua puppy. He currently weighs 3 pounds and has a shiny, soft golden wheat coat. Tony enjoys the companionship of other foster puppies of the same age. A game of tug-of-war with a rope or squeaky toy is so much fun, and a hearty game of chase is usually followed by a short nap to re-energize! Tony loves to give and receive affection from his human friends. He's just the right size to cuddle with you or be carried in your arms, while giving sweet little puppy kisses. He has puppy teeth so will be wanting to chew for a while. He is small so a home with a small yard or a Townhome setting would work well for him. He isn't too vocal at this point and gets along great with other dogs and cats. He enjoys playing with his toys and all those that he meets. He loves everyone and no one is a stranger! Tony is the master of the wee-wee pad, but like all puppies at this young age, he will need gentle guidance and patience with his house training. He is getting the hang of walking on a leash, but will need consistent work with that as he is just 3 months old! He rides nicely in the car as well. He will do great with a family of adults or adults with kids old enough to understand and respect his petite size and need for gentle handling. Would be ideal if he had another dog in the home that is close in size, age and temperament. Tony is a shorter coated breed, so he will require baths as needed as well as regular nail trims. Tony's adoption fee is 175.00 This fee includes his neuter, Veterinarian visits while here at the rescue, all age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional grooming and a a microchip with a lifetime registry.
