About Luzita

Adoption Fee: $250
Pug / Chihuahua
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Meet our little 3 yrs old Puggle....Luzita! Z'Z'Z' Luzita was found roaming the streets of Tijuana and picked up by Tijuana Animal Control, by her weight (25 lbs) it tells us that Luzita most likely had a family who didn't go to the shelter to claim her She was vaccinated and spayed @ the shelter but had no luck finding a new family. She was fully vetted and tested for Erlichia (tick disease) and TVT (transmited venereal tumors (Cancer) but the TVT results were not favorable for her, and she underwent 7 rounds of chemo. Luzita is now CANCER FREE %8F%8F We have followed her journey these several months, sent her food, gifts and goodies to help make her comfortable and sponsored some of her treatments. One of PTR's new programs will include helping dogs from Mexico and Luzita is our first sweet girl to join our PTR family %8D Luzita is just as cute as a button and is ready to find her forever home! Luzita is with her foster in Arizona, but can travel anywhere to her new family! If you are interested in giving Luzita her forever home and family, please contact Stephanie Deneuve or Terri McCabe via PM Phone: 424-346-0454 Email: [email protected] We would also like to find a monthly Fairy Dogmother to sponsor Luzita for $50/Mo until her adoption. PTR Adoption Package With every dog adopted through Pawsitive Tails to Remember Inc 501c3 we offer the following Adoption Package: All our dogs are altered - spayed/neutered, microchip, up to date on vaccines, fecal and blood tests, flea/tick meds, leash, collar, tag, bed, microchipped, and freshly groomed.
