About Tucker

Tucker is a family friendly dog who loves other dogs and does well with cats. He was in an incident with a neighbor when he was younger that has caused him to exhibit fear aggression towards strangers and really needs someone who can put in the time to help him further. I had speant the past 2 years working with him and correcting his behaviors. He does fairly well aside from nervous barking and whining when strangers are near, but needs someone who can work on him being handled and examined as well as those in his immediate space. He is fine at dog parks and easily corrected if his movements are watched and his cues are paid attention to. He can even be taken to pet stores. However, he is not good/ used to the vet and was not able to be sedated our last visit. He is up to date on rabies.
