About Kai-Adoption special!

Kai Odee does look a little bit like a coyote! Well, if that coyote was about 8 pounds and had little stubby legs and a long body that is. Our little Kai is not as wild as a coyote, in fact he is downright lovable. He was taken to the shelter by his family and at first he thought it was a very scary place, who can blame him. At just 7 months old to leave everything he knows and end up somewhere new can scare even a seasoned old dog. But, he soon realized it was OK and in fact made tons of friends, the people at the shelter were lovable as well! Kai came to us to settle into a home foster situation and he is doing fantastic. At first he was a little leery of the bigger dogs but after a couple hours he became one of the gang. Kai is a happy little guy, loves snuggles and playtime and his toys!! He would not leave the shelter without his most bestest toy-a big green Christmas light looking squeaky toy. How cute is that! We have set it aside for just him and he will take it along to his forever home. Kai will do well in an active home, no long hours alone for this little spunkster, another dog would be great and older children. Smaller kids may be a little scary for Kai.
