About Dakota

Hi, My name is Dakota, I'm a beautiful brindle female AKC Staffordshire Terrier. My mom Sandi rescued me 9 years ago from some teenage boys who couldn't take care of me. I am a very well behaved pup I just want to love and be loved. I am patient with children and love to play dress up. It takes me a couple days to warm up to other animals but I have lived with cats and dogs. Big and small. I have a large tumor on my chest and quite a few all over my body but it doesn't stop me from anything. I'm active. I can still jump in the back of my moms SUV nothing can stop me from a car ride. I love love love snuggle time in the morning. I like to bask in the sun, chase little red beams like a cat and car rides are my favorite. Oh did I mention I'm always up for a car ride. I am the best companion moms ever had. Also, I'm a good girl, if I see a cat or dog on a walk and mom called my name I will walk buy and not bother them because I want to please my mom. I need to be rescued. Please can you help. I have life in me and I want to live. Note from mom: Hi, Thanks for listening. I love Dakota she has been my loyal companion. This is tearing me up I have to let her go too but I have no choice and I cant bring my self to put her down just cuz she's old. I know she has many more wonderful years in her. I really dont know what to do. Can you help us? Can you refer me somewhere? She's a loving girl and great with kids. She's a great pup!
