About Neptune

Welcome Neptune. He is a 8.5-week-old Black and white Heeler. He was with 8 siblings on a crate at the vet office when the staff arrived. They were dumped. The vet has no way to get 9 puppies adopted. His choice was to euthanize or to call CCPAL. CCPAL was happy to come to their aid. They are loving and affectionate pups. They may be pure bred we are not sure. We do know they are purely ADORABLE! Neptune is one of the beautiful black and white heeler pups. He loves belly rubs and pushes into your hands when you pet him. They are a smart and loyal breed and usually are medium sized. They are being handled a lot in the rescue and because of this they are outgoing, sweet and love people. They are all in Texas and can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast. They can be transported at 12 weeks of age. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. He will have 3 rounds of puppy shots and will be spayed and ready for transport at 12 weeks.
