URGENT! Carla needs a foster or adopter so her life will be spared. She is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Carla came to the shelter about a week and a half ago on Monday, May 28, 2018 as a stray. It's apparent that she was someone's dog once, not only because of the collar she came in with (that she's still wearing), but also because of her sweet and playful nature and her ability to be a perfect companion. She has sparkling brown fur, she's playful, likes to fetch, knows the sit command, and takes treats gently. She's spunky but manageably so, and her energy level is not over the top - she's just generally playful. Please save her life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
