About DESPERATE FOR FOSTER

These sweet gals desperately need a foster home until we can find them their forever home. Their owner passed away, his widow lost her home so she was forced to say goodbye to these wonderful dogs. They are currently being boarded but have never been kenneled in their life. Since puppies they've enjoyed running and playing on a large piece of property. They are great indoors but prefer to spend their time exploring and lounging outside. They walk well on a leash and are great in the car so lots of walking and hiking would be ideal to help them drop the few lbs they need to loose. Samantha is the red Ridgeback / Lab mix and her BFF Harley is the black and white Border Collie / Lab mix. They are gentle, easy going dogs. Harley can get a bit excited when it's time to chase a ball or play, but she quickly settles down when time to be inside... and she follows Samantha everywhere. They are very bonded so we are trying desperately to keep them together. Samantha is about 7.5yrs old and Harley is approx 3.5yrs old. During foster, all supplies are provided by k9rr.
