SAY HELLO TO WALLY! Wally is an adorable 4 year old wheaton coated Cairn Terrier / Poodle mix boy. Weighing in at just 15 pounds, this sweetheart is such a low key boy. Wally is a cute and rolley polley boy who doesn't trust people right away. He takes some time to warm up and come to you. He more than likely has been mistreated in his life and it will take him time to rebuild these bonds with people. Wally co exists with other dogs in his foster home but is very guarding of his food, toys, sleep space etc. He would do best in a home without other dogs. He would thrive with a family of adults only - a very easy going relaxed life style. Wally is both house and leash trained. He does not complain when crated. He walks politely on his outings and greets all he meets very respectfully. He's doesn't pull or bark towards anyone. Wally rides very nicely in the car as well. Wally is not clingy or barky. He's content with his own company and can be at times independent. Wally is a longer coated breed, so he will need regular brushing as well as professional grooming every 8 to 10 weeks. Wally's adoption fee is 250.00 This fee includes his Veterinarian Wellness checks while here at the rescue, a complete professional dental cleaning with several tooth extractions, his neuter, all vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership.
