Does well when left alone, but does prefer human companionship. Squeaky or chew toys are favorites! Great on a leash, enjoys a good run/walk. Does not tire easily. Intelligent and naturally inquisitive, calm. Ginger gently takes food and treats, medium energy, good cuddler. Great with children and adults and a great companion for retired person. Ginger has no health concerns. No cats, rabbits or small dog, please; Ginger has a high prey drive. Other dogs are welcomed - submissive females or males preferred. Ginger needs an adopter or foster who will work with her on basic commands. She's been in kennel for a long time, and would enjoy that one on one time, plus she's very intelligent and would pick up new training rapidly! Our 9 yr old female Pit Bull with the brindle coat and beautiful frosted face who is just an incredibly sweet lady! Ginger may have some frost on her face but she is a youthful senior who will need a home with no cats or small dogs but submissive male or female big dogs are okay!
