Please Help this wonderful Cat, He is sweet and has been homeless for 2 yrs. I have been caring for him treating him with Revolution every month but I can not bring him inside with my Cats. Recently a neighbor tried poisoning him with an unknown substance on my steps. Detectives and Animal control has came out and warned the neighbors but I fear for is life. He is all black with a white ring around his neck. He is very loving with me and longs badly for a loving home. I will be posting a photo of him shortly. Please help.
